Product Designer

Role Summary

We’re looking for an enthusiastic product designer with 5+ years of commercial design experience to join our team to lead the design of our Business Health applications. This is a new role in our team that will help shape how business owners and their advisors think about their businesses, and ultimately allow them to grow and thrive.

We’re looking for someone with a passion for finding solutions to new problems that allow our customers to be successful. You will be adept at each stage of the design process from understanding the problem, to creative, collaborative and innovative design, to launching and prioritising feedback; and always focused on the needs of the customer.

We’re looking for a generalist who can do a bit of everything, and isn’t afraid of a challenge. You believe in Designing Products People Love, and are comfortable with uncertainty.

We’re based in the heart of Wellington near the waterfront. We are small tight-knit team, with a casual atmosphere, good music and free lunch everyday. We’re ambitious and focussed, but we like to have fun along the way.
